To declare and amend the law relating to trade disputes and trade unions, to regulate the position of civil servants and persons em- ployed by public authorities in respect of membership of trade unions and similar organisations, to extend section five of the Conspiracy and Protection of Property Act, 1875, and for other purposes connected with the purposes aforesaid.
